Who we are
Zunaro (“Zunaro,” “we,” “us”) provides a customer-relationship management platform used by trucking carriers and driver-recruiting agencies (our “Customers”) to capture and work driver-applicant leads. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to zunarocrm.com and the Zunaro application.
Information we process
- Driver-applicant lead data.When a driver submits a lead form (for example a Meta / Facebook Instant Form) belonging to one of our Customers, we receive the information that driver provided — such as name, phone number, email, CDL class, experience, and location — and store it in that Customer’s workspace so the Customer can follow up.
- Customer account data. Names, work emails, and passwords (stored only as salted hashes) of the recruiters and managers who use Zunaro.
- Connected-platform tokens.When a Customer connects a Facebook Page, we store the page access token needed to receive that page’s lead submissions. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to deliver that Customer’s own leads.
- Usage data. Standard log and device data (IP address, timestamps, pages viewed) to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We process data solely to provide the service: routing each driver lead to the correct Customer, enabling follow-up by text and call, measuring recruiting performance, and — where a Customer enables it — sending conversion signals back to the advertising platform so the Customer’s own ads reach better drivers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one Customer’s data to benefit another.
Meta Platform data
Data obtained through Meta’s APIs (Lead Ads webhooks, the Graph API, and the Conversions API) is used only to deliver and manage the connecting Customer’s own leads and to report outcomes back to that Customer’s ad account. Our use of Meta Platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. A Customer can disconnect a Page at any time, which stops further data collection and revokes the stored token.
Sharing
We share data only with: (a) the Customer whose lead or account it is; (b) infrastructure sub-processors that host and run the service on our behalf (cloud hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law. We never sell data or share it for third-party advertising.
Retention & deletion
We keep data for as long as a Customer maintains their account, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. A Customer or an individual may request deletion of specific lead data by emailing us at the address below; we will action verified requests promptly.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the Customer’s own workspace and to authorized Zunaro staff for support.
Your choices
Customers control the data in their workspace and can export or delete it. Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.
