Data Deletion Instructions
Zunaro is a customer-relationship management platform used by trucking carriers to work driver-applicant leads. If you want your personal data deleted from Zunaro, follow the steps below.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to zunarocrm@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the phone number or email address you submitted, and the carrier / company whose ad or form you responded to. We will verify the request and permanently delete the associated lead data within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
If you are a Zunaro customer
Account owners can delete any driver record or their entire workspace directly inside the app, or email us to have the full account and all associated data removed.
Facebook-connected data
When a carrier disconnects their Facebook Page in Zunaro, we stop collecting that Page’s leads and revoke the stored access token. To remove data already collected, use the email request above.
