Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zunaro platform at zunarocrm.comand the Zunaro application (the “Service”), operated by Zunaro (“Zunaro,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Zunaro is a customer-relationship management platform for trucking carriers and driver-recruiting agencies (“Customers”) to capture, route, and work driver-applicant leads, including follow-up by text and call and connections to advertising and lead-source platforms. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law or the rights of others; sending unlawful, unsolicited, or harassing messages; attempting to access data that is not yours; probing, scanning, or disrupting the Service or its security; or reselling the Service without our permission. You are responsible for complying with telemarketing and messaging laws (such as the TCPA) when you contact drivers.

You retain ownership of the data you and your leads submit to your workspace (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to collect and process the driver data in your workspace. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, and your telephony provider). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and connecting them authorizes Zunaro to receive and send data on your behalf solely to deliver your own leads and results. You can disconnect a platform at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Paid plans are billed per seat through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Zunaro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zunaro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
